The ability to control and especially lower your heart-beat can be helpful in many situations – especially during stress or strenuous events.

In this clip from Danish national television, Stig instructs tv-hostess and Olympic Gold medalist Marianne Florman various techniques of body-mind control. More details on the methods used are described in Stigs book about breathing and mental control. The English translation will be available in Spring 2010.

Our latest English wildlife documentary Freediving with Killer Whales has gone to the finals at the Moondance International Film Festival in Boulder, Colorado. It is going to be screened Saturday the 26th at 19:00,  SHAMBHALA CENTER. The documentary displays World Champion Freediver, Stig Åvall Severinsen from Denmark, in his quest to get closer to the beautiful Killer Whales – also known as Orcas. Ace & Ace has produced the movie in collaboration with BlueConsult and Sebastian Näslund from Sweden. See short trailer here.

There was buzzing, good energy and networking everywhere at the yearly meeting for entrepreneurs in Forum, Copenhagen. Amino.dk had kindly invited and among the most inspiring speakers were our “own” Martin Thorborg and American entrepreneur-guru Michael Michalowicz. Mike is the author of the book  The Toilet Paper Entrepreneur - buy it! BlueConsult got to teach Mike som different breathing and relaxation techniques and also displayed the book Træk vejret  - a brand new book which brings breathing to the next level. The book is nearly sold out in Denmark;)
